At the Pakistan International Maritime Expo & Conference (PIMEC), exhibitors are encouraged to work with our Official Stall Builders to ensure professional, secure, and high-quality exhibition booth construction. These builders are approved by the organizers and have years of experience in delivering customized, innovative, and reliable exhibition solutions.

Important Notes for Exhibitors

  • Only Official Stall Builders are authorized for construction inside the Expo Centre.
  • Exhibitors choosing non-official builders must seek prior approval and pay supervision charges.
  • All stall designs must be submitted to organizers 15 days before the event for approval.

Guidelines for Exhibitors

To maintain the highest quality and safety standards, all exhibitors must follow the guidelines below regarding stall construction:

  • Use Official Stall Builders – Only the above-listed companies are authorized to construct stalls inside the Karachi Expo Centre during PIMEC.
  • Approval Required for Non-Official Builders – Exhibitors wishing to use their own builders must obtain prior written approval and pay supervision charges to the organizer.
  • Submission of Stall Designs – All stall designs must be submitted for approval at least 15 days before the event.
  • Safety & Compliance – All construction must comply with fire safety, electrical, and venue regulations. Non-compliant structures will not be permitted.
  • Time Restrictions – Stall building and dismantling must be completed within the allotted schedule provided by the organizers.
