RULES FOR VISITING THE EXHIBITION

All persons who accepted the invitation of the organizer to visit the exhibition, as well as registered as a visitor or bought a pre-registration badge, agree to these Rules and undertake to observe them.

  1. PIMEC is a maritime exhibition accessible to professionals by invitation only on its subsequent days.
  2. The exhibition will be open to the general public on the 4th day of the exhibition with free admission.
  3. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to visit the exhibition.
  4. An event badge is required for entry throughout the exhibition period.
  5. In case of badge loss, assistance can be obtained from the registration desk or online portal.
  6. The transfer or sale of badges to third parties is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to verify badge names against visitor identification.
  7. Trading, distributing advertising and informational materials, conducting presentations, demonstrations, or similar activities without organizer consent are prohibited on the exhibition grounds.
  8. Visitors must adhere to business ethics and public conduct norms while on the premises, refraining from disruptive or offensive behavior.
  9. Weapons are strictly prohibited on the exhibition grounds, and identification must be presented at entry.
  10. Security checks may be conducted at the event venue’s entry for safety purposes, with cooperation requested from attendees.
  11. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel individuals who violate rules or disrupt the event.
  12. Use of audio-video equipment and photography requires prior written permission from organizers.
  13. Organizers are not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
  14. Violation of exhibition rules may result in denial of entry without compensation.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
  1. This is Close Contact event, we have put in place suggested government directives and protocols so as to ensure your safety when you visit the Exhibition.
  2. All event participants need to be vaccinated in case you may be asked to producing the Vaccinated card at the venue (We count on your support and understanding).
  3. All guests are required to wear a facial covering or mask which covers both their nose and mouth.
  4. Visitors are requested to cancel their visit to the exhibition, if, within 72 hours of their scheduled visit, they develop any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, or have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been advised to self-isolate by any health or government authority.
  5. Visitors are also requested to abide by the government and organizer’s enhanced SOPs and shall take the necessary health and safety precautions while visiting the exhibition.
